What kind of workouts/exercises do you do? And how often?

i try to go running in the morning 2 a week then the dance workout things

I do some weight lifting and cardio everyday for about an hour and a half

I lift weights and run on the treadmill twice a week, play basketball twice a week.

run every other day. weight lifting 3 days out of the week, kickboxing( I just started!!), dance (ballet) every other wknd. squats, situps,push ups (over all toning) &yoga 

Cardio (running/walking) and a circuit of core workouts then I'll switch to those 10 Minute Solution videos (especially on rainy days).  Almost 5 times a week, I try to keep moving for at least an hour. 

Bikam yoga six days a week, gym for 3 hours including swimming, and a 45 mins of intense cardio, Train for dance 5 times a day including martial arts on the weekends :) haha

Yoga every morning 20min (check out Namaste Yoga series ~30 episodes! one a day :D) 

Weightlifting 4-5 days a week 45-60min

Cardio every evening 30min

I personally hate running so I alternate my cardio between:

rowing (ergometer - check out Virtual Rowing Coach, especially stuff by Nick Reeves)

jumping rope

punching bag (check out Bas Rutten mma workout)

martial arts 

runing and  make exercises at home ;)

I use to work out more but not so much now. I've changed my diet and I'm losing on average 2 to 3lbs a week. It's weird because I'm eating a lot more, but it's working. I just started a new job so when I get more of a steady schedule I will start going again. If I were to do more cardio I will really shed the weight.

I go to the gym and do weights & cardio 3-4 times a week, I run about twice a week and I go to Zumba a couple of times a month.  Do I like it?  Not really but it's a necessary evil.  I just started going regularly a couple of months ago but I'm adjusting.

I have a chest day, a back day, a triceps n biceps day, a shoulders day, and 3 days of basketball including abs and legs every other day. I love the gym, can't go a day without it. If I don't have time for the gym, I make time for it.

I go to the gym 6 times a week, 4 days lifting weights, 2 days cardio and abs and I just play sports (soccer, basketball, football) on my day off.

****P.S. Learn how to take a joke, and identify the intent of the people which you are talking to.  You are responsible for yourself, your own responses, reactions, and giving power to yourself and others over you.  Be accountable, don't play victim all the time.  These are still people, some people are up front, others hide behind their profiles.  Don't make personal issues site issues, if you take off your clothes on skype or in real life and bicker about it on Bwamu...guess what, it's a personal issue.  Grow up.

***All that is needed for membership is the support of the movement, and active participation by all!
