i start the P90x and i am doing the abs but i am falling inlove with yogar
Because of the body type i want for my self, my excercise is very simply.
Swimming or surfing when ever possible its an all in one shot for the body.
Pilates is going to give a lean muscle tone, not bulky... if you want a Ballerina body this is it. Dont do resistance bands, do the reformer style.
Hot Yoga or Yoga. This helps with core strength, lean muscle, and detox. I have balance issues as i am a clutz! this has improved me by 70%!
I do bike and run... but thats like 2 times a week. 2-4 miles each time.
The rest is diet.
Currently doing the SL5X5 program, while doing cardio 5 times a week. On rest days, I like to play sports with friends such as ultimate frisbee, badminton, basketball or flag football. Every week I go lane swimming.
Yes, I work out everyday I run a mile with my dog and do an hour cardio workout
I work out regularly.
Keeps me fit, improves my mood (especially during the winters when I go batty), keeps me young and vibrant.
