A circuit of core workouts that takes about 20 minutes & I rotate daily between my dip station & pull up bar. Could elaborate on particulars if you want. btw I do this daily and at most I will take 4 days off per month
I like to do cardio from 20 to 30 minutes four times and body weight to light weight training 2 to 3 times a week. Though am not always consistent I do try to work out every week. :)
I use the biggest loser game on Wii Fit 2 days a week and 4 days a week I do 3 1/2 miles in the park. I've got an app on my phone that I'm using to train for a 5K run.

I try to vary my exercises because I tend to get bored really quick. I do jiu jitsu, walk, run, dance, zumba, do stuff with medicine balls, and i follow bodyrock.tv. I'm trying to get into a routine, but it's hard when your work schedule varies so much. I wish I had a workout partner to keep me motivated at times.
Absolutely! I do plyometric and interval workouts 4x a week. I like keeping my figure in check.
