Enhanced beauty, do you guys/gals frown upon it?  I know many of you are thinking that enhancements aren't necessary, and we should be all natural, but many of people we find attractive, have all had work done.

Well, we all know about what a lot of women do to make themselves look better.  Tummy tucks, face lifts, liposuction, breast implants, butt implants, injections, all different kinds of surgeries, etc etc But what about men?  So many guys now a days are using steroids, and growth hormone.  I've worked as a fitness specialist/trainer for years and I've seen it first hand.  Many guys won't confess to using it, it's taboo for some reason, but when you're working closely with people as I did, they open up to you, but to the rest of the world they will say "I'm all natural, this is from putting in so much work in the gym".  Guys also get implants, but it's a lot more rare than women. For the guys that do get implants, it's usually calves or chest implants.

I myself have never taken steroids, growth hormone, or had any work done but I can understand why people do it.  I can understand why a flat chested/butt woman would get implants.  I'm ok with it, as long as it's not extreme.  A women who gets chest implants that are too big for her body to handle, or butt implants so big, it effects her walking is too extreme and looks weird to me.  I know many women like guys that are using steroids/growth hormone as long as it's not too much, to the point where it's freaky looking.  For instance, it's widely known that Brad Pitt was using something to achieve his lean/ripped look in Fight Club.  Definitely not overboard and it was a good look.

So, what do you guys think?

Obviously, this guy had a problem with it:

Steroids make your balls shrink....what is the benefit of that? Who knows what other side effects it has to use growth hormones and there sort.

I'm all for enhancement and I am sure when I get older, I will get some work done. But I do not feel comfortable putting implants into my body. And no, I am not all natural and I don't have any problems with it.
