African and Islander females

My entire family is from Nigeria. I was wondering how many people here are from Africa, the islands, or any other black nation outside of the Western world? I feel like we would have a unique support system because we all know that in addiction the the problems we might face on his side of the family our foreign parents and family might not always understand.
