Currently in the gym 5-7 days a week following a program on bodybuilding.com and I am seeing some sweet results! I finally have abs and biceps that look great :D Check the website out it has lots of useful information.

I have three words for those who are looking for a workout: Hip Hop Abs. It's by Shaun T (Insanity and T25 guy). There are three levels. I took the 90 day challenge for levels one and two. Now on week 13, I moved on to level three. It's like Insanity meets Hip Hop. It's super fun and you actually lose weight and inches. For me, it's been more inches than weight. However, I'm building muscle and (as we know) it's leaner than fat. So, still a win-win.

Hello, 

glad to join the group. I love working out and trying new things. Currently I'm mixing crossfit with my weekly running and workout schedule. I run about 6-9 miles a week. My question; is strength and muscle is better than agility and speed.  I like P90X which is nice; but I am a little bored and stopped insanity which was insane. I feel long term crossfit my put too much stress on the body any opinions?

Did you know....training legs, particularly with multi-joint compound exercises, burns a higher number of calories than easier upper-body moves such as biceps curls or lateral raises.  This leads to increased fat loss, which is also partly caused by the release of hormones you get when training legs.  Your leg muscles are so large that this hormonal response can even help build your upper body muscle mass - words from a friend.
