Thanks. I eat about 80% clean (no whites: sugar, flour or rice.) My pre-workout uses stevia. Ill have to try the lean protien a few hours before working out. I used to eat cottage cheese and pomegranate but it made be feel bloated during my cardio.

I personally don't use any pre-workout or supplements anymore and have seen the best results of my life just by cutting out most sugars (except some fruit and occasional dessert) from my diet.  I usually have a banana or two(carbs), unsweetened almond butter(healthy fat), and a moderate amount of lean meat (protein) a couple hours before I work out.  Always feel good when doing a workout with that.  =)

Does anyone know of a good pre-workout? I've been using Fitmiss Ignight and its good but id like to try something different if anyone has any suggestions, it would be much appreciated.

glad to join the group. I love working out and trying new things. Currently I'm mixing crossfit with my weekly running and workout schedule. I run about 6-9 miles a week. My question; is strength and muscle is better than agility and speed.  I like P90X which is nice; but I am a little bored and stopped insanity which was insane. I feel long term crossfit my put too much stress on the body any opinions?
