I currently skateboard 5- 6 days a week. other than that I just do push ups and pull ups. I used to body build about 4 years ago but i'm happy with my body as it is.

I currently weigh 170 lbs, the most I weighed was 185 when I used to body build.

I have three words for those who are looking for a workout: Hip Hop Abs. It's by Shaun T (Insanity and T25 guy). There are three levels. I took the 90 day challenge for levels one and two. Now on week 13, I moved on to level three. It's like Insanity meets Hip Hop. It's super fun and you actually lose weight and inches. For me, it's been more inches than weight. However, I'm building muscle and (as we know) it's leaner than fat. So, still a win-win.

glad to join the group. I love working out and trying new things. Currently I'm mixing crossfit with my weekly running and workout schedule. I run about 6-9 miles a week. My question; is strength and muscle is better than agility and speed.  I like P90X which is nice; but I am a little bored and stopped insanity which was insane. I feel long term crossfit my put too much stress on the body any opinions?
