hey, i love that this group exist. i've always been a bit athletic and i try to work excercise into my life all the time.

right now I  do 80 donkey kicks each side, 40 being the rest period, to keep my legs and butt on point. For my abs i  use a 2 2lb weights to do sit ups and russian twist, 25 and 25,then I plank for 1 minute.  burns the core like a mofo.

but honestly the best is swimming 3 times a week for an hr just laps. it works out everything.

Currently in the gym 5-7 days a week following a program on bodybuilding.com and I am seeing some sweet results! I finally have abs and biceps that look great :D Check the website out it has lots of useful information.

I have three words for those who are looking for a workout: Hip Hop Abs. It's by Shaun T (Insanity and T25 guy). There are three levels. I took the 90 day challenge for levels one and two. Now on week 13, I moved on to level three. It's like Insanity meets Hip Hop. It's super fun and you actually lose weight and inches. For me, it's been more inches than weight. However, I'm building muscle and (as we know) it's leaner than fat. So, still a win-win.

Hello, 

glad to join the group. I love working out and trying new things. Currently I'm mixing crossfit with my weekly running and workout schedule. I run about 6-9 miles a week. My question; is strength and muscle is better than agility and speed.  I like P90X which is nice; but I am a little bored and stopped insanity which was insane. I feel long term crossfit my put too much stress on the body any opinions?
