I have three words for those who are looking for a workout: Hip Hop Abs. It's by Shaun T (Insanity and T25 guy). There are three levels. I took the 90 day challenge for levels one and two. Now on week 13, I moved on to level three. It's like Insanity meets Hip Hop. It's super fun and you actually lose weight and inches. For me, it's been more inches than weight. However, I'm building muscle and (as we know) it's leaner than fat. So, still a win-win.

glad to join the group. I love working out and trying new things. Currently I'm mixing crossfit with my weekly running and workout schedule. I run about 6-9 miles a week. My question; is strength and muscle is better than agility and speed.  I like P90X which is nice; but I am a little bored and stopped insanity which was insane. I feel long term crossfit my put too much stress on the body any opinions?

Did you legs, particularly with multi-joint compound exercises, burns a higher number of calories than easier upper-body moves such as biceps curls or lateral raises.  This leads to increased fat loss, which is also partly caused by the release of hormones you get when training legs.  Your leg muscles are so large that this hormonal response can even help build your upper body muscle mass - words from a friend.

omg i just shared this, almost two weeks ago went to the doctors because i left knee was acting funny, my weight was 164, but went back to the doctors friday morning and my weight was 154. my eyes popped out of my head literally, all my recent gym work has worked. been to the gym almost every other day. my stomach is flatter, of course i would like it more. but still i reached my goal weight. 

plus i have diabetes so my doctors are happy i got the weight off. so they can adjust my medication better. i am super happy.
