What type of Fitness are you going to do in order to lose the weight you want to achieve?? Well, for me~ The exercises are as follow. 

And links below since this is relatively ladies exercises.

My five day a week plan. 

1.) -- Dancer's Legs for lower body day.

2.) --Waist Trimmer for my oblique abs. (Upper Body day.)

3.) -- Lean arms for my upper body.

4.) --Lower Body Blast.

5.) Ballet Abs.

6.) Last but Certainly not least and my favorite exercise. -- Legs for Days.

I personally do lots of workouts that vary, from rollerblading, running, biking, yoga and my personal favourite crossfit 

I'm working out with a personal trainer doing resistance training 2x a week.  Then I do cardio on my own a few times a week.

****P.S. Learn how to take a joke, and identify the intent of the people which you are talking to.  You are responsible for yourself, your own responses, reactions, and giving power to yourself and others over you.  Be accountable, don't play victim all the time.  These are still people, some people are up front, others hide behind their profiles.  Don't make personal issues site issues, if you take off your clothes on skype or in real life and bicker about it on Bwamu...guess what, it's a personal issue.  Grow up.

***All that is needed for membership is the support of the movement, and active participation by all!
