So I just back running 1 1/2 miles. I am hoping to run in Color Vibe this Spring. I have a until May to get back to running straight through without stopping. I also do Tai Chi (which I love) right now I just do it for the health aspect but I hope to one day get into the martial side of it.

Hi everyone, I try and workout everyday. I find that I like working out alone. I jog and do Pilates.

for losing weight ive tried jump rope last year and lost 31lbs and also try seasalt diet cleanse its safe but only if you can handle it ... warm water with just 1tblspn of seasalt not reg and drink with a lemon ... helps cleanse the body and yes it does some good cleansing haha be prepared but its good in the morning and do this for a week or if u like do it often takes toxins and good for a balanced diet but yea jumping rope helps with ur bottom half big time ... good luck girl :))  and i also am a hairstylist and nailtech if anyone has questions
