Anyone know products for 3B hair? Everything keeps drying me out!

Hi Ladies, I started my natural hair journey in May 2015, I'm trying my best not to straighten it or get a relaxer but I do want to color my hair. I did color it but the color did not show as much as I wanted. Someone said that I would have to bleach it but that is not happening. So do you ladies know any way for me to get more color with out bleaching my hair?

Hello ladies..I have been natural my whole life, so 29 years. I never done a big chop, but I have choped my hair to donate for a cause. I have always loved the beauty and the uniqueness of my hair texture and never regreted it or was picked on because of it. People actually thought it was cool and babies (depends if my afro is out and its dry) would cry, than play in it for awhile. Growing our hair is not hard as people think it it, iys all about taking care of it and hydrating it.

It's the exact same way where I'm from. I don't trust everyone in my hair because they are so quick to talk about straightening my hair (it's super thick). The few natural hair shops in my area are a bit overpriced, too. I still don't know how to do cute styles like the YouTube ladies, but I do have a regimen that keeps my hair super healthy. It just takes a lot of time to keep it up. Haha

My hair is very complicated, lol. I straightened my hair everyday for years and I think that's why I was so uncomfortable leaving it natural after awhile. But now I've stayed away from the heat and trying to get my natural hair to be more healthy again. Does anyone know any products that could restore my hair? My hair isn't really curly... it's more on the wavy side, with random curls. Hah.

@Colby Dickson

The natural hairstylist is a new thing here too.  There are still MANY stylists that only know how to perm hair, not how to style/manage naturally kinky hair.  However, once you figure out what works for you (styling and products), life does become easier.  If you can find a professional to help out, all the better.  I think the more black women that go natural, the more professional stylists you'll eventually see.  I still don't let very many stylists come near my head.... they need to come with a lot of references.  I like keeping my edges in tact.
