omg i just shared this, almost two weeks ago went to the doctors because i left knee was acting funny, my weight was 164, but went back to the doctors friday morning and my weight was 154. my eyes popped out of my head literally, all my recent gym work has worked. been to the gym almost every other day. my stomach is flatter, of course i would like it more. but still i reached my goal weight. 

plus i have diabetes so my doctors are happy i got the weight off. so they can adjust my medication better. i am super happy.

Hiya @ Mariah Jones, you want to tone so you need to start doing weights, start off with a low weight then increase as time goes on. Do 3 sets of 15 and only increase the weight of v you feel any sharp pain them stop and rest you should v only be feeling muscle pain Also squats are the best my favourite, you can look up exercises online Like YouTube etc. Good luck!

the only problem with that michael is i am a diabetic. so it does complicate things, cause i take insulin and have to watch my foods. but i have a hard time going long periods of time without foods, cause my sugar tends to drop. plus with both my jobs it makes it even harder now that i got promoted to even try and keep it maintained.

Hello! I used to be part of my local soccer league but after my second year of college I was immersed in art supplies and books.I was eating right but not doing much with all of my work (lots of walking but no jogging)... Since last year I took up jogging again and swimming. With my new jogging partner (my dog) it's been easier getting outside to do my early morning runs. :-D
