This is the best website, not only for Kanji radicals but also for entire Kanji itself. If you click around everything, you will soon learn how to use it. The site shows "all stroke orders" but unfortunately it doesn't seem to show "a unit meaning of radicals."
I strongly recommend mastering 100 radicals first "with its unit meaning" while learning each Kanji. Since the Kanji website doesn't seem to show the unit meaning of radicals, you must use the video for that purpose.
I am not a professional Japanese teacher. So please be patient. I must do everything by trial and error. I am planning to give you 500 sentences. Please try to memorize everything in order(including number). In this way, you can estimate the volume of your memory storage. I hope you will also be able to write by heart. I will give you a test soon.
A good student can make a good teacher and the reverse is also true. I will be glad to help if you can trust my method. I won't completely abandon grammar.
1.MEMORIZATION/RECITATION(Write/Say/Learn BY HEART)_90%
I have a good idea about mastering Japanese(Immersion Method). It is efficient and reasonable. It doesn't have to be painstaking if you are TRULY smart. I was STUPID with my English study and I have learnt it through my failure. I will let you know more little by little.
2.ALWAYS MEMORIZE!!--Never think about grammatical analysis for now. We can do it at times only to understand the structure of the language, NOT to acquire the virtual ability of its fluent speaker.
If you can agree with me, let's start from a basic level. Otherwise please feel free to ask me if you have any open question/disagreement.
We should understand the nature of our mind. Structural analysis is knowledge--conscious effort of understanding. You don't need this for now unless you want to become an academic linguist, right? What you want now is automatic, unconscious yet practical fluency of Japanese--different kind of knowledge. In order to gain this ability, FORGET GRAMMAR FOR NOW(we can do it later). JUST MEMORIZE LIKE A BABY.
1.オハヨウ。Good morning! 2.コンニチ-ハ。Good afternoon! 3.コンバン-ハ。Good evening! 4.キミ-イクツ？How old are you? 5.トシ-ハ-イクツ？How old are you? 6.ハタチ-ダ-ヨ。I am 20 years old. 7.コノ-ホン-イクラ？How much is this book? 8.ヒャクエン。It is Hyaku Yen. 9.ニホンゴ-ハ-カンタン。Japanese is easy. 10.殉教ジュンキョウ-ハ-ムズカシイ。Martyrdom is difficult.
Hiragana(平仮名) and katakana(片仮名) are easy but kanji(漢字) is not. Kanjis are originally pictographs(象形文字). Several bushu(部首) parts are assembled into a kanji and each bushu has its own meaning as a unit. Thus the various parts blend into a harmonious whole as a kanji to create a new meaning. It is a "very efficient and effective way" to master kanjis "by memorizing about 200 bushus first." Actually 100 busshus are good enough for daily life unless you want to become a kanji scholar. You will never regret if you act on my advice. And also you can save a lot of time. However Most Japanese teachers are so stupid that they don't adopt this learning method at their own kanji class. Beware of it!

*Freedom of speech, thought, and heart are placed highly...as if they are based on the foundation of truth and don't injure others (in the defined form of physical, proprietorial, or financial harm). Debate, heated or otherwise are allowed, for it is the persons involved that must deal with the emotional or mental "suffering," if any.
****P.S. Learn how to take a joke, and identify the intent of the people which you are talking to. You are responsible for yourself, your own responses, reactions, and giving power to yourself and others over you. Be accountable, don't play victim all the time. These are still people, some people are up front, others hide behind their profiles. Don't make personal issues site issues, if you take off your clothes on skype or in real life and bicker about it on Bwamu...guess what, it's a personal issue. Grow up.
