Thirst
I was out over the weekend with my girls for one of their male friend's birthday. He & I wound up hitting it off and dancing most of the night with an exchange of numbers at the end of the night. We all left at 1am and headed to our respective destinations (I know...it's a MA thing that bar shut down between 1-2am - LAME...) and by 1:30am I got the following text from B-day Boy:
"I need U right now U R so seXXXy"
UGH.
1 hour later: "baby..."
9am that morning: "psssst..."
This was followed by:
3 phone calls all before noon with 3 voicemails
a friend request on Facebook
(I'm VERY hungover so phone goes off for the rest of the day)
Turned the phone back on this morning:
Another 3 calls that evening.
2 texts between 7 and 8:30am this morning while I'm getting ready for work
a phone call while I'm commuting at 9am.
WTF. I had to tell dude to calm down. Not interested anymore.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a believer in that "3 day rule" bullshit, but seriously there's no need to contact someone immediately with that lame-ass line 1/2 hour after you part and continue to semi-stalk someone.
Back to the drawing board I go...

2. A simple text like, "Hey had fun, nice meeting you, hope we can meet again...etc" can work wonders with me.

4. He was cool the whole night. I think there a definitely some boundary issues. Sounds a little crazy like if he had a girl he'd be that psycho-ass dude asking, "WHERE YOU GOING? WHO'S GONNA BE THERE? yaddayaddayadda".

I have some questions/comments for you:
1. Was he asian?
2. He's probably an eager beaver.... makes us look bad
3. He was probably excited to have someone of your caliber in his prescence
4. He has no game and doesn't know his boundaries

Damn...the THIRST is alive and well LOL. (I'm from MA too and what I've found is that it's not just our bars that close that early lol) I agree with your post though. He was way too forward.

Don't make personal issues site issues, if you take off your clothes on skype or in real life and bicker about it on Bwamu...guess what, it's a personal issue. Grow up.
